The tenant must be at least 21 years old to book: - Communicate the names, first names and ages of all occupants. - Be present when the keys are handed over and present your ID upon arrival. - The price includes normal electricity consumption (a flat rate of 20 kWh/day) A supplement of €0.22/kWh (cost price) is applied in the event of excess. Rules: - Any person outside the reservation is prohibited in the apartment. (The number of travelers must correspond to the number declared when booking). - Arrival: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (at the latest). - Arrivals or departures between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. are not permitted. - Departure: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Any delay will result in an additional day being charged). - Do not use WIFI connection for illegal downloading. - Organizations of meetings or parties are prohibited. - The apartment is strictly non-smoking. - Animals are not allowed. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in a fixed penalty of €200 as well as immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund. The building and common areas are under video surveillance.

Internet access is totally free. However the user shall respect French legislation and agrees in particular: - Not to use this access for purposes of reproduction, representation, disposal or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright or by a similar French right, such as texts, images, photos, musical and audiovisual works, software and video games. - Not to use or download Peer to Peer program considered as illegal on the French territory. It is reminded in this respect that the internet access’ holder has to secure this access so that it is not used for purposes of reproduction, representation, disposal or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright or by a similar French right, subject to criminal liability. The access holder’s liability does not exclude the user’s liability who can be prosecuted for counterfeiting, offense sentenced up to a 1500 € fine (article L 335-3 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle). The user is informed of the installation of a software tracer and that their supervision will be reasonable and compatible with the requirement due to the respect for private life.
